Can I order over the phone?

Please call our toll free number at (888) 995-2221 between 7am and 7pm (Monday through Friday) and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

99% of orders ship the same day so if next day shipping is chosen during checkout and the order is completed before 5pm central time, the package will arrive 99% of the time the next day. Engraving can add three additional days. For ground shipments within the United States please see the UPS and Fedex ground maps for transit times. We ship from the 70508 zip code.

Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Yes, jewely is just as safe as any other item. All shipments sent are insured and sent by either Fedex or UPS. All packages will require a signature for delivery confirmation.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the item's purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. Personalized and engraved items are not returnable.    

How secure is my transaction on this web site?

We use up to a 256-bit encryption key which is only limited to your browser's capabilities which is the most widely used and trusted technology standard. Our security provider offers up to a $2,000.00 waranty if their encryption fails.

How do I place an order?

First, place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button to the right of the product image on the product page. Then, whenever you're ready to complete your order, click "Continue to Checkout" and follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

While in the shopping cart area, click the black "X" on the right side of the item to be removed. A second option to remove or decrease the quantity of an item in your shopping cart is to manually enter the number wanted and then click the "update" bottom. Manually entering zero will remove the item from the shopping cart.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, please select the appropiate international shipping option during the checkout process.

How do I check the status of my Order?

Your order status can be checked by logging into the site with your user name and password then clicking on the "My Orders" link. A shipment confirmation email is sent with a tracking number once the package is shipped. Shipment tracking can be found by entering the tracking number at the shipping carrier's website. www.fedex.com or www.ups.com

Engraving

Engraving is available on select items. For engraving, add engraving to your shopping cart like a regular item then email us at sales@allpatronsaints.com what is to be engraved. In the email, please tell us if a script font is to be used or the regular font. Please allow three business days for engraving.  Engraved items are not returnable.

How do I know what is the actual size of the medal?

The best way we find to explain the size of the medals is to compare them to American coins. Below is the length of American measured from top to bottom.
