The Sterling Silver Four Way Medal Necklace is cast in solid 925 sterling silver. The pendant has a raised border which follows the outer edge of the cross. The medal has four raised depictions on the front making it four medals in one. The Sacred Heart at the top (a scapular medal, with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the back). St. Christopher on the right: Miraculous at the bottom: and St. Joseph on the left. The words “I am a Catholic. Please call a priest” are inscribed on the back to indicate to an emergency worker the wearer desire for the last sacrament. Comes with a matching 925 sterling silver endless chain which is 24 inches in length. Also comes with a flocked jewelry gift box.
