Shopping Information

WHAT IS YOUR RISK FREE POLICY?
With our risk free shopping experience you will be able to hold the product in your hands to make sure it is the item you want. You have 30 days to return products (EXCLUDING PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS) to us for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Since we offer free standard shipping there is no cost unless an expedited shipping method is used or shipping insurance. We also provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label upon request. Apply the prepaid return shipping label to the original package then place it in your mailbox for the postman.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, all products we sell come with a lifetime waranty against manufacture defects. If for any reason there is an issue contact us at sales@allpatronsaints.com.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We primarily ship with USPS, but when USPS can't get the package to you on time we will use FEDEX or UPS.

Free standard shipping will be shipped by USPS 1st class (1-5 days ship time). Expedited shipping will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days ship time).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We ship from Lafayette, LA 70508 and typically ship out the same day when the order is placed before noon CST. Free standard shipping is 1 to 5 days. Expedited shipping is 1-3 days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We do ship internationally. We may ask for additional validation for proof of purchase. We are not responsible for customs duties. Expect to pay the custom duties upon arrival into your country.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, our primary shipping method is USPS. Standard is USPS 1st class and Expedited is USPS Priority Mail. We also use USPS Priority Mail Express.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ENGRAVE?
The actual engraving takes less than 10 minutes. With our in-house computerized engraver there is no delay. Expect your order to ship the same day if the order is placed before noon CST.
