The Saint Barbara 14kt hand painted medal is cast in solid 14 karat yellow gold. The pendant has a raised outer design which encompasses the center. The center of the pendant is a hand painted depiction of Saint Barbara on white porcelain. The medal is oval with a sturdy 14 karat yellow gold bail. Saint Barbara is the patron saint of Architects, Stone Masons, Gunners Dying, Firemen, and Miners. St Barbara's feast day is December 4th.
